On September 9, Flectory took part in the 'AI Private Network SME Scale-up Seminar' held at PNT Fair, where it gave a presentation on the theme of 'Private 5G Network × AI-RAN Industrial Safety AI Platform'.

The presentation set out how combining Private 5G based communication infrastructure with AI-RAN technology can advance safety management at industrial sites, and introduced a range of AI-based services and technology adoption directions for manufacturing and logistics environments.

In particular, it presented an implementation direction for an intelligent industrial safety platform that moves beyond conventional after-the-fact safety management, using the low-latency communication of Private 5G together with AI technology to detect hazardous situations in real time and respond quickly.

An Industrial Safety Platform Combining Private 5G and AI-RAN

Flectory introduced an end-to-end architecture built around its in-house 5G Core (Flec-Core), linking O-RAN and Small Cell based radio access networks with industrial devices and AI applications.

It also explained how to build communication infrastructure suited to the scale and environment of each industrial site, and outlined how the platform will evolve to operate communication and AI services together through AI-RAN technology.

Four key applications of the industrial safety platform combining Private 5G and AI were introduced.

Private 5G and AI-RAN Solutions on Display

Alongside the seminar presentation, Flectory operated an exhibition booth showcasing its in-house 5G Core and other key Private 5G and AI-RAN solutions.

The exhibits included a portable 5G all-in-one kit, Flectory's in-house 5G Core, and an AI-RAN solution based on NVIDIA DGX Spark.

Visitors were introduced to technologies ranging from mobile Private 5G deployment to industrial video data transmission and the integration of AI with radio access network functions, with discussion on how these apply to real industrial sites.

Flectory will continue to pursue the integration of AI-RAN and industrial AI services on the basis of its in-house 5G Core and open radio access network technology, and will expand its business for safety management and operational automation at manufacturing and logistics sites.
